Payments and recurring billing.

Warber uses Stripe Checkout for card payments and eligible Apple Pay or Google Pay card wallets. Stripe calculates applicable tax and manages recurring subscription invoices.

Recurring billing

Stripe charges the authorized payment method each month. Warber does not store full card credentials.

Failed payments

Stripe Smart Retries handles retry timing. The billing contact can update the payment method through Stripe Customer Portal; Warber restores access only after Stripe confirms a paid invoice and an active subscription.

Refunds

Approved refunds and invoice corrections are processed through Stripe Refunds and Stripe Credit Notes.
